Current monthly homeowner association dues are $750.
The original developers also planned for a Saddle Club, a full-service equestrian facility adjoining Griffin Ranch. Amenities were to included a 150’ x 250’ covered arena, a 150’ x 250’ open arena, two dressage arenas, a clubhouse, boarding for up to 90 horses, turn-out areas, hotwalker, and lunge and pasture areas.
